Normal shipping times are 5 to 12 days. If you do not receive your order within that time frame, please contact us at HonoluluSoapCo@gmail.com with your order number.

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

We ship via USPS, and most often ship in USPS Priority Flat Rate Boxes. These typically take 3-5 days to arrive anywhere in the US. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays that are beyond our control.
